Triangles help

Let's learn about triangles in today's post which will serve you quality geometry help.

Triangles are geometrical shapes that is formed by three line segments and thus creating three angles and three sides. Based on these three angles and sides, triangles are classified into six types. Below is mentioned the different types of triangles.

Triangle types based on sides:
Isosceles triangle
Scalene triangle
Equilateral triangle

Triangle types based on angles:
Acute angle triangle
Obtuse angle triangle
Right angle triangle

The relation of angles of triangles are studied in trigonometry. For help with this concept, connect with an online trigonometry tutor and gain your help.

Introduction to trignometric ratios

Introduction:

The trigonometric ratios (circular functions) are defined as follows:

  • (here sine of the angle is defined as )the ratio r/r it is denoted by sin

  • sin =y/r ; cosecant values at =r/y = cosec ; y ≠ 0 and cos =x/r ; secant values at =r/x = sec ; x ≠ 0

  • tan =y/x ; cotangent values at =x/y = cot ; y ≠ 0

Standard definite integrals

standard integrals help problem 1:
Standard definite integrals

Find the value of definite integral (5- x2) with the limits 0 to 3

Solution:

Given definite integral function is, (5 - x2) dx.

Separate the given function then we get,

(5 - x2) dx =5 dx -x2 dx.

=5 dx - x2 dx.

= -

We know the definite integral f(x) dx = F(b) - F(a).So, Substitute upper and lower limits.

= [5(3)] - [5(0)] - [ 33 - 03]

= 15 - 0 - [ 27 - 0]

= 15 - 9

= 6

Introduction to mean of deviation

Introduction to mean of deviation:

Deviation is nothing but The difference between observed value and the expected value of a function . . This is basically mean deviation as the "mean deviation from the mean," the introduction of the complete value makes logical calculations using this statistic much more difficult.

central value ‘a’, to get dispersion of values of x

we find the deviations about a. To calculate the mean need know the sum of the deviations.

Mean deviation=sum of deviations/Number of observations

Limits and Continuity Of Functions

More about Algebra equation solver

In limits and continuity, the concept of limits leads to define and describe continuity and derivative of the function. The continuity of a function has practical as well as theoretical importance. We plot graphs by taking the values generated in the laboratory or collected in the field. We connect the plotted points with a smooth and unbroken curve (continuous curve). This continuous curve helps as to estimate the values at the places where we haven't measured. It was developed by Isaac Newton and Leibnitz.

Here in this chapter, we will study some standard functions, their graphs, concept of limits and discuss about the continuity of the functions. Throughout this chapter, we denote R as the set of real numbers.

Types of Limits:

Left Hand Limit: Let f(x) tend to a limit l1 as x tends to a through values less than 'a', then l1 is called the left hand limit.

Right Hand Limit: Let f(x) tend to a limit l2 as x tends to 'a' through values greater than 'a', then l2 is called the right hand limit.

We say that limit of f(x) exists at x = a, if l1 and l2 are both finite and equal.
